I absolutely loved the charming and traditional decor of the hotel. The stone walls, antique furniture, and serene garden terrace created a sense of tranquility and nostalgia. The general areas were spacious and easy to navigate, making it ideal for senior people like me. I felt comfortable and at ease throughout my stay.
I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff in catering to the needs of senior guests. It would have been helpful if they had provided additional services or amenities specifically designed for older individuals.

Quiet location, nice old finca, perfect hide-out if you want to spend the day on EsTrenc beach and don't mind driving through the country side a bit. Nico pool and pool-side terras. Fantastic breakfast buffet.
Our room was pretty dark, low ceilings, in a renovated old shack. The a/c was working pretty well but looked like a pre-WWII model. We had a snack for lunch at the pool-side restaurant which was mediocre in quality.

Very tranquil atmosphere. Huge pool area for enjoying the afternoon sun.
Fixed dinner menu each night (good food, but expensive, and given that you have no other option for food, you need to add this extra expense to your budget). While checking out, we had to wait several minutes for the receptionist's colleague to finish a personal phone call before we could pay and leave!

The hotel's traditional decoration and charming ambiance brought back memories of a simpler time. The cozy common areas and beautiful gardens were perfect for relaxed strolls and enjoying the sunshine. It was great to see that the hotel was senior-friendly, with easy access ramps and handrails throughout the property. It made me feel safe and comfortable during my stay.
I would have loved to see more activities or entertainment options tailored specifically for senior guests. It would have been nice to have activities that catered to our interests and allowed us to socialize with other guests.

This is a beautiful rural hotel where the original features have been painstakingly maintained. It is peaceful and luxurious and ideal for a quiet getaway from a busy life. Our room was a basic one and rather small and a little dark. However there was a large bed and plenty of cupboard space and all the necessities of a 4 star hotel. The restaurant is excellent. I would recommend half-board as the evening dinner is very special and the local wines really good and reasonable. The breakfast is also top class. The staff especially in reception are pleasant and helpful. All in all, a great experience and we hope to come again.
Just that our room was a little small and there were many smokers when we were eating at breakfast and at dinner. We know that the restaurant is mostly outside but I think that some way of seperating smokers from the non-smokers would have made our experience even better.

We had a fantastic stay at the Sa Bassa Rotja Ecoturisme Guest House. the property is beautiful, located on a farm just outside a charming town. the staff were friendly and welcoming, offering us a glass of fizz upon arrival. Our room was pleasant and the breakfast was excellent. We also enjoyed the limited, but delicious, menu offered for dinner each night. the hotel had two pools, one outdoor and one indoor spa, and there were plenty of activities available. The overall experience was peaceful, relaxing, and enjoyable. Cons: Nothing, everything was great! 😊.

We got great value for our money at Sa Bassa Rotja Ecoturisme. The room was comfortable and had a lot of character, especially since we requested one in the original house. The location was perfect for exploring the island, and the staff, especially Jenny, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Food for breakfast could have been better with more variety.

Traveling to Sa Bassa Rotja was a perfect retreat for a quiet and relaxing time. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The beautiful surroundings, large pool, and good spa facilities made for a truly enjoyable stay. The restaurant had great food and the staff was nice. The rooms with outside space or a balcony would be a great addition. The bottle of red wine that greeted us upon arrival was a nice touch. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for a peaceful getaway.
Can recommend this hotel.

I chose this hotel for a business conference and was impressed with the conference facilities available. The meeting rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and provided a professional environment for our discussions. The staff was also efficient in setting up the necessary audiovisual equipment.
The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. It would have been convenient to have access to a printer and other office equipment for last-minute document printing and other work-related needs.

I stayed in a renovated 13th-century country house surrounded by nature, with fantastic facilities, a full-service spa, and even daily boat trips. It was like living in a rustic fairytale.
The maid service was almost as invisible as a ghost.
